First of all, thank you for choosing our house, hoping that you will be satisfied with your stay. You will find below some information on the questions that you would have to ask yourself.

Electricity : The electric panel is in the toilet, the main breaker is in the living room under the picture. It happens in case of heavy rain or thunderstorm that the catches of the terrace make disjunct its row. In this case, turn off the circuit breaker on the terrace and reset the one in the row. We can also cut the terrace in preventive.
Kitchen : You have at your disposal dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, multi function robot, cofee maker brand Magimix ( pods Nespresso) etc. … on the other hand thank you not to use scrapers (sponges with the side scraping green) that scratch everything.
Television : Two smartelevision.
Wifi : The box is in the furniture under the television.

In case of plant just unplug wait 10 seconds and reconnect the box.
Water : The water meter and shut-off valve is located under the mailbox near the gate.
Pool : You have a robot at your disposal that keeps a perfectly crystalline water. Do not hesitate to use it. Of course, remember to close the secure telescopic pool enclosure if you have children.

Miscellaneous: You can park a minimum of 6 cars in the entrance yard. The gate closes automatically after a few seconds.
